Fui vereador em Colatina-ES por 12 anos consecutivos. Em 2016, atendi a pressão popular e me candidatei a prefeitura da cidade , fui eleito Prefeito de Colatina-ES e assumi em 2017. Em 09 de 2022 fui o Deputado Estadual mais votado do Brasil.
Acredito que o ser humano livre em seu arbitral existência, não precisa de heróis para espelhar os seus passos nesta passagem pelo planeta terra. Mas, da mesma forma, acredito e entendo que os bons exemplos nos permite, ainda como ser humano arbitral, a entendermos os nossos anseios e sonhos e encaminharmos os nossos conceitos de vida num caminho de possibilidades e de consonância, com a nossa essência vida… Acredito, sonho, defendo, que a grande mudança que merecemos não começara de cima, mas sim, da nossa mais simples e manifesta função de nos entendermos como parte de um todo, que precisa de cada um para avançarmos na busca do bem comum… Entendo que a reeleição para os cargos majoritários, retire da maioria e da juventude sobretudo, a chance de sonharem e de colocarem em pratica suas ideias, algo que só sera possível com a alternância de poder, seja no Município, no Estado e na União principalmente… Em tempos adversos como o que vivemos, este entendimento me transpassa a alma e se alvoroça de forma incontrolável, quando vejo atitudes que somadas no processo de evolução e de resgate da nossa dignidade se destacam em meio a tantos desatinos. Não posso, sequer tenho o direito, de deixar passar estes dias, sem reconhecer que a mudança que todos esperamos e merecemos, passa e depende de comportamentos e de pessoas, como a sua pessoa. Por isto, ouso em convidar Vossa Senhoria, a participar de uma discussão que começou em 2002, que nunca teve espaço de se tronar numa discussão em nível geral para se tornar um plano, mas, que pulsa latente no meu ser, o Plano de Devolver o Brasil aos Brasileiros, acabando com a Reeleição para os Cargos Majoritários, unificando as eleições e incluindo o Judiciário no mesmo principio Constitucional do Sufrágio Universal “um homem um voto”… O Plano Trinta, assim batizado em 2002, chama a todos para uma discussão politica das reais condições do nosso Pais, reunindo cabeças, ideias, conceitos, conhecimento e compromisso, para um mudança profunda de impacto inimaginável na vida de todos, as suas ideias, o seu desprendimento nos aponta sem margem a duvida que podemos sonhar com dias melhores e com um futuro de possibilidades para a nossa juventude, hoje massacrada e postas em forma de números, macabros, nas macabras estatísticas do poder pelo poder… A união de muitos, comprometidos com o bem comum, transformara este nosso imenso pais, num lugar de oportunidades para a pratica da vida… Eu sou Wilson Bizerra, de Dias D’avila Bahia, sou um sonhador e acredito que podemos começar uma jornada para Devolver o Brasil aos Brasileiros…
